How do I get tickets for standing room tickets?
Tickets for standing room and strolling tickets can only be purchased at the box office if they are still available. In view of possible corona measures, tickets in this category may not be available on site.
Strolling tickets give access to the public viewing in the exhibitor area (or shopping area) of Halls 4 and 5 (without access to Hall 1).
How do I get my tickets?
You can conveniently print out your online tickets at home or keep them ready as an online ticket on your smartphone. An additional shipping fee of €3.00 will be charged for “hardcover tickets”.
Special seats for wheelchair users
Limited seats are reserved for wheelchair users in the Holstenhallen. Please contact hd@psi-sporthorses.de or call the ticket hotline: 0 43 21 / 75 54 21.
Return / cancellation of tickets / exchange:
Unfortunately, tickets cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged. You will be expressly informed of the binding nature of a ticket order during the ordering process and in the Reservix General Terms and Conditions.
Please note: The Distance Selling Act does not apply to ticket orders.
The background to this is that sporting, leisure and cultural events of all kinds would hardly be plannable and economically feasible if there were a two-week right of cancellation and return. The legislator also sees it this way, which is why the Distance Selling Act expressly does not apply to the contract concluded between you and the event organiser for the provision of a service in the field of leisure 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB.
Are there still tickets available on site?
As long as the contingent of the respective ticket categories is not exhausted, the on-site ticket options are still available.
What is the admission time for the various sections of the event?
Admission to Hall 1 is half an hour before the start of the first event of the respective event section. Please note the information on your ticket.
Admission to the Exhibitor Area (or Shopping Area) of Halls 4 and 5 is possible at any time on that day with a ticket for any event section, provided that the current legal regulations allow this at the time of the event.
Are dogs allowed at the event?
Dogs are not permitted on the grounds.
I have lost/forgotten my ticket, what can I do?
If you have lost your ticket, please contact the customer service or the ticket counter at the entrance area and have your booking details ready.
Do I need to register as a visitor?
There will be no personalisation of tickets. At this stage, the organiser reserves the right to use the LUCA app on site to ensure infection chain tracing. By purchasing the ticket, the ticket holder agrees to comply with these necessary Corona measures.
What security measures are in place to make my visit as safe as possible?
The organiser will implement appropriate measures to combat the Covid-19 virus. For this purpose, the applicable protective measures from the national regulations will be taken into account. Visitors will be informed of the measures before the start of the event.
